This policy is written to be read, not merely to exist. It reflects the same commitment to honesty that governs everything on this platform.

1. Who We Are

THE GOD BRAND platform (thegodbrand.app) is operated by EMET Leadership Academy, a leadership formation and publishing institution founded by Dr. Olatunji Sobodu. Our address for correspondence is available at the details provided at the end of this policy.

This platform exists for one purpose: to serve the genuine formation of people who are serious about the alignment between who they present themselves to be and who God sees. Everything about how we handle your information flows from that purpose.

We do not exist to harvest your data. We exist to serve your formation. This policy explains honestly what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

2. What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

  • Name and email address — when you create an account, register interest in the Summit, subscribe to formation content, or make an inquiry.
  • Organisation name — when you provide it during registration or interest registration.
  • Audit responses — your answers to the Personal Brand Audit and the Fruit of the Spirit Inventory, saved to your dashboard for your own formation reference.
  • Journal entries — your written reflections within the formation stages, saved to your personal journey record.
  • Payment information — when you enroll in the God Brand Formation Journey; payment details are processed by Paystack (Nigeria) or Stripe (international) and are not stored on our platform directly.
  • Communications — emails, inquiry form submissions, or messages you send us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Basic usage data — which pages you visit and how you navigate the platform, collected through Plausible Analytics.
  • No cookies. No advertising pixels. No cross-site tracking. No data sold to any third party. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free and privacy-respecting by design.

We do not use any surveillance-style tracking on this platform. This is a deliberate choice consistent with the values of the work.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the formation journey you have enrolled in — including your audit results, journal entries, stage content, and formation tools.
  • To send you the formation content you have subscribed to or that forms part of the journey experience.
  • To process payment for the God Brand Formation Journey and maintain your enrollment record.
  • To respond to inquiries about speaking, consulting, licensing, or institutional engagement.
  • To notify you about the God Brand Summit 2027 and other ecosystem developments when you have registered your interest.
  • To improve the platform — understanding which pages and pathways serve people well and which do not.

We do not use your information to:

  • Sell or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
  • Send you marketing content unrelated to THE GOD BRAND ecosystem.
  • Profile you for advertising purposes.
  • Share your audit responses, journal entries, or formation progress with anyone other than you.

4. Your Formation Data

Your audit responses, journal entries, inventory results, and formation progress are personal formation records. They are stored securely in your account and are visible only to you. They are never shared, published, or analysed in any individually identifiable way.

What you write in your journal belongs to you. What you discover in your audit belongs to you. The platform holds this data in trust, not in ownership.

If you choose to close your account, your formation data will be deleted from our systems. We will retain anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data about platform usage (for example, what percentage of users score in each audit category) for the purpose of improving the platform.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

We use a small number of carefully chosen third-party services to operate the platform. Each is selected to be consistent with the platform's values:

  • Paystack — payment processing for Nigerian participants. Paystack's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data you provide to them.
  • Stripe — payment processing for international participants. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data you provide to them.
  • Plausible Analytics — website usage analytics. Cookie-free, GDPR-compliant, no personal data collected, no cross-site tracking.
  • Email service provider — used to deliver formation emails and notifications. We select providers who do not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any surveillance-style tracking infrastructure.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we will notify you promptly if a breach occurs that affects your personal data.

If you are accessing the platform from outside Nigeria, your data may be stored on servers located in other jurisdictions. By using the platform, you consent to this.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data and account.
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • Receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address provided below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This platform is designed for adults in professional and ministry life. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please write to us and we will delete the account promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as the platform develops. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We will not make changes that reduce your privacy protections without explicit notice and, where required, consent.

10. Contact

For any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, write to us:

We will respond within 30 days of receiving your enquiry.

This platform is built on the conviction that alignment between what is presented and what is real is not optional. That conviction applies to how we handle your data as much as it applies to anything else we do.
