1. Who This Platform Is For

THE GOD BRAND platform is a formation ecosystem for marketplace professionals, ministry leaders, executives, young leaders, churches, and institutions who are serious about the alignment between the identity they present and the identity God sees. It is built on the theological framework of John 17 and the published work of Dr. Olatunji Sobodu through EMET Leadership Academy.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are engaging with it in good faith — meaning you are genuinely interested in the formation journey it offers, not in extracting, reproducing, or exploiting its content for other purposes.

2. What the Platform Offers

The platform provides:

• The Personal Brand Audit and Fruit of the Spirit Inventory — free diagnostic tools.
• The God Brand Formation Journey — a four-stage paid formation experience.
• Articles, reflections, and formation content in The Formation section.
• A Certificate of Commissioning and God Brand Covenant Card on completion of the Formation Journey.
• Access to the God Brand Alumni community on completion of the journey.
• Information about the God Brand Summit, organisational consulting, church licensing, and facilitator certification.

The platform is a formation resource. It is not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counselling, psychological support, or legal or financial advice. If you are in personal, emotional, or spiritual crisis, please seek appropriate human support.

3. Your Account

To save your audit results and access the formation journey, you create a free account with your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please use accurate information when creating your account. A platform built on honesty asks the same in return.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. On closure, your personal formation data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. The Formation Journey — Enrollment and Payment

Founding Journey Price

The God Brand Formation Journey is currently offered at a Founding Journey Price: NGN 75,000 for participants in Nigeria, and USD 75 for international participants. This pricing reflects gratitude to those who begin the journey in its first season. Pricing will be reviewed as the ecosystem develops.

Refund Policy

If you engage genuinely with the first two stages of the journey and find it not suited to your needs, write to us within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund. No justification is required. The journey is confident in its value and has no interest in retaining fees from participants it is not genuinely serving.

Refund requests received after 14 days, or from participants who have not engaged with the first two stages, will be considered at our discretion.

To request a refund: write to us at emetlead@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request, and include your registered email address. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

5. The Affiliate Programme

Participants who have completed all four stages of the Formation Journey become eligible for the Affiliate Programme. This allows them to invite others into the journey and receive 30% of each enrollment fee attributed to their referral link.

The Affiliate Programme is extended only after journey completion. It is never offered as an enrollment incentive. Those who invite others into the journey must have first walked it themselves.

Commission is calculated on confirmed enrollments after the 14-day refund window has closed. Commissions are paid on the first of each month for the previous month's confirmed referrals. Payment details must be provided through the affiliate dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the God Brand framework, formation tools, audit instruments, articles, the seal, the name, and associated visual identity — is the intellectual property of EMET Leadership Academy and Dr. Olatunji Sobodu.

You may:

• Use the platform for your personal formation.
• Quote short passages with attribution to Dr. Olatunji Sobodu and thegodbrand.app.
• Share articles from The Formation by linking to thegodbrand.app — not by reproducing them in full.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute formation materials, tools, or framework content without written permission.
• Use the God Brand name, seal, or framework in your own products, services, or publications without written permission.
• Adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the platform's content without written permission.
• Use the platform's content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement.

Churches, denominations, and ministry organisations wishing to use God Brand formation materials for group or institutional purposes should write to us about licensing. A fair and accessible licensing framework is available.

7. How We Expect You to Use This Platform

The God Brand platform is a formation space. We ask that you engage with it as such — with honesty, seriousness, and genuine openness to what the journey surfaces. Specifically:

• Use your real name and accurate information when creating your account.
• Engage with the formation tools honestly — the audit, the inventory, the journal. The platform has no way to verify your answers, but the formation value depends entirely on their honesty. This is between you and God.
• Respect the formation intervals. Do not look for workarounds. The pace is part of the design.

8. Our Commitments to You

In return, we commit to the following:

• We will not extend affiliate privilege to anyone who has not completed the journey.
• We will not claim the platform produces outcomes it has not demonstrated.
• We will not knowingly misrepresent the nature, scope, or effect of the formation journey.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE GOD BRAND platform is provided in good faith and to the best of our ability. EMET Leadership Academy and Dr. Olatunji Sobodu are not liable for:

• Any personal, professional, spiritual, or relational outcomes — positive or negative — arising from engagement with the platform's formation content.
• Technical interruptions, errors, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The actions, conduct, or content of other users in the Alumni community.

The formation journey is a tool. Transformation is the work of God in a human life that has genuinely surrendered to His process. We provide the framework. We make no guarantees about outcomes, timelines, or the specific form that formation will take in any individual life.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

International participants acknowledge that by using the platform, they agree to these terms and accept Nigerian jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of our participants: alignment between what is presented and what is real. These terms say what they mean. We intend to honour every commitment they contain.

A Note on These Documents

These are Version 1.0 documents, drafted to be honest, readable, and consistent with the platform's values at the point of launch. They are intentionally more human than the typical legal boilerplate — because a platform that critiques the gap between what is presented and what is real cannot itself present documents that nobody reads or that say less than they appear to.
